Acoustic vessel design
We specialize in ship acoustic engineering to enable ship designs in compliance with highest standards on onboard noise, sonar self noise or underwater radiated noise. Our team supports ship designers and shipyards at every stage of the bidding, design and building process, ensuring a vessel which reliably meets its acoustic specifications.
Ship noise & vibration solutions
Our ship acoustic engineers are experienced investigators for any vibration or noise problem on board. A vibrating engine? An annoying tone in the restaurant? Unbearable noise during bow thruster operation? We measure noise and vibration on board, identify the cause and solve the issue. Worldwide and on all vessel types.
Acoustic engineering & system optimization
We assist suppliers of any shipboard equipment to reduce the noise or vibration emissions of their products by acoustic investigations, measurements or Finite Element Analysis. Our services also include certified noise and vibration measurements of those systems in the factory or on a vessel.
Acoustic measurements
Our team offers a variety of different acoustic measurements in the maritime environment. For vessels we offer certified noise and vibration measurements on board, privacy measurements, impedance measurements and underwater radiated noise measurements. The latter with our mobile range DW-MAR. Ambient noise in the oceans is measured with our JASCO AMAR recorders.
